Now that our race, and the AMRA season are over, I'm going to redouble efforts to get the back in better form. I used my double brace set up yesterday and am doing careful P90X Stretching (no Plow position for me).

I am feeling twinges (sensory nervd signals), every nowandagain, so I will likely have to consider whether I will do this again. I sure as heck don't want to go through what I experienced last spring and summer.

Yep-- time to get it re-done.

I did a 113-mile dual sport last weekend (with a cruel sport boulder wash thrown in). When the ablation was working, I would recover with a good night's sleep. Now I'm still nursing it away from its tightness.

The procedure is scheduled for next week for my right side. Left side the week after.
