I also have two leaking fork caps only had a full suspension rebuild 2 races ago.. There's always something.!!

Same here. Had new fork seal before xmas and now they leaking again. Going to try the plastic bottle trick on them

My caps are leaking because the rebound screws had split and my suspension guy took the screw out and cut the top off it a made a new head so I could adjust um .it was worth a try anyway I spouse but the two are leaking now and have to be replaced luckily iv found replacements for ok money. .

I have just done a compression test and was getting 160 psi for 10 kicks. It's not bad so will not be stripping top end.

I fitted the new reeds today and took her for a blast, saddly no difference. I removed the air filter (just to try anything) and tried again, still no difference. I can only think that it's got to be electrical.
