Glad you found a good solution. Are you using the 7.5 wt oil with this shim stack?

you have to know that the SAE weight system has a very broad and vague viscosity range and does not even cover the viscosity range that most quality motorcycle suspension systems require.
look post #16 yes I use finally a 7,5 but this is a mix 1:1 Motul Expert SAE 5 and SAE 10 this viscosity is near the Marzocchi fork oil of 26,1 cSt@40C good luck my springs 4,5N/mm with 5mm preload |

Are they bottoming out? Mine does it on MX tracks. I live with it because I like the way it works in the woods. Maybe decrease the check valve float??
