Converting 2018 EC/GP to XC start switch

Just a quick couple of pics to explain how I simplified things on my GP300.

Yellow wire with the red trace and the white wire with the black trace are the start wires. I pulled them from the switch block behind the headlight. I bought an XC start switch, cut the ends off and fitted matching connectors to suit the loom. Heat shrinked them and put it all back on the bike - simple.

I like the start on the right and kill on the left.

I like those start and kill buttons. My start and kill buttons look the same

1 problem with them though. They are so big that it’s very easy to hit them on accident.
