pipe rattle

So, was out ridding, and my bike makes an annoying rattle. After some worrying and a foot on the pipe, it's the pipe rattling at it's resonance frequency. Not really and issue, but a annoying. Anyway, any easy fixes?

new pipe o-rings on cylinder exhaust port

Mine was doing the same thing today.
I bottomed out on a log crossing and the rattle went away.

Like Baker said, the o-rings are worn.

alright, is that a GasGas specific thing or a standard thing?

You need high temp Viton o-rings.

The stock o-rings are 44x3

I have found that 43x3.5 o-rings seal better. However, the pipe is much harder to install.

The trick is put the o-rings in the groove dry, then grease the outside of the o-ring and the inside of the pipe flange. Slide the pipe on as far as you can by hand. Then install the springs to do the final pull.

just ordered a set for a 01 CR250R since that's what's listed on the crossover... and those are 43x3... idk we will see what happens.
