Factory conn

Anyone have factory conn. do there sacks front and rear? If so what were the results? Is there anyone on the east coast who can tune like Les? I here a lot of good things about him but it's a long way to send your stuff from here.

Try C-Cycle suspension. I believe he tuned the Sach's for Jim Senecal's race bikes. C-Cycle knows that suspension well.

Factory Connection

Ive used Factory Connection in the past and had great results. They have a broad rider base including factory riders with which to garner feedback about settings. They also have a satisfaction guarantee , if you are not happy with it return it and they will correct. I would not hesitate to use them.

I have used both C-Cycle and FC in the past.

I switched to FC because they support my friend's race. Without a doubt, they have deeper resources in terms of products, services, facilities and exposure to top riders and teams.

Nothing against C-Cycle, he does fine work. But I'm sticking with FC.

FC did a nice job on my Ohlins stuff, and when a seal leaked after one ride they fixed it free and covered shipping both ways.

Bill did do the factory race efforts for new england and he knows the sachs stuff pretty darn well. He doesn't have the fancy shop like FC or high-profile riders, but he's in the trenches at the races every weekend doing trackside support. Two good options IMO.

Agreed, the money for the work at FC means an xm subscription or not in the factory rig and for C Cycle it's gas money to go help fellow riders trackside.

I am always more apt to give the money to the little guy trying to make a living at something he loves.

Yeah, I plan on having C Cycle do my next rebuild and having him take a look at the valving.
