Not sure if the 2013 I'm assuming your looking for (from your sig) is the same as the 2014 starter ring gear I have been on a long search for, they seem to be getting pretty scarce.
I recently got lucky finding a complete e-start on a GG facebook group, but I had been planning to upgrade to the 2015/2017 style since the parts were more available. Here's hoping what I got will last!
I did see a couple claimed to be in stock in europe, but the conversion and shipping to canada was horrifying.
