Kick starter
 

Can anyone tell me which model kick starters are interchangable? Washing the bike tonight noticed mines got a hairline fracture running across it. The knuckle is ok, but I assume you buy the whole shaft as one?

Yamaha? 250F? YZ250? Whats a stock gasser worth? Anyone have a spare they're willing to part with or able to supply a new one at a good price?

both of mine have yz kickers on them.. i put the one on my 01 pretty soon after i got it as i was tearing my boot up pretty good.. it did not have much time on it at all and it was cracked...

I think any YZ250 after '02.
The 2013 GG has an updated lever.

My yammy one is on it's second bike now.Good bit of kit compared to gg's inbred thing.

I think there are some KTM kickers that will fit also. I think an '11 300 will work

YZ one has been ordered. Should have done it sooner really.

Just trying to cross reference parts. I'm hoping the new one will arrive before next weekend. If not I'll have to look at trying to fit the one off the WR250F 2004 as a work around. (part: 5NL-15620-10-00). It looks like it could fit but the splines on the shaft will be the real test.

i removed the kicker from my 4 stroke 2005 wr250 yamaha and it fit perfectly on my 04 gasgas ec300. so i ordered a used one from adrenaline cycles in corbin kentcky.

I just ended up getting the YZ one. Appears my GG one wasn't fractured like first thought. Just has a nice scratch that looks like a fracture. The YZ one is heaps better though.
