2010 EC range

Sorry, not a fan of this new look. Black looks good in the showroom and then like crap in short order. New rear side panel treatment looks similar to the KTM's now but even smaller and for those who race almost no room for #'s. Now hopefully the changes not so easily seen will make the bikes better for 2010 and plastic can always be changed.

I love the new look especially the red/black. I agree that black plastic does start looking rough quickly but only the shrouds and air box covers are black and they are almost completely covered with vinyl graphics. Vinyl does keep looking good (even black vinyl).
I have an 07 gasser that I absolutely love except for the way it looks. I think 2007 was the worst looking year for GasGas bikes this century. The graphics make the bike look like it came from China not from Spain. |

I have to agree. I had to change my graphics quick. '08 was a big improvement. Side number plates are so played out. No one uses them anymore. Black does look old quick, they may offer red as an option. The Racing version has all new brakes. Smaller rear caliper like the Jap MX bikes. Looks like the "soft" seat is a gonner. I may go trim my side number plates. |

So wait, did they get e-start? Specs?
Black is impossible to keep looking decent. |
Says e-start on the 300.
The all black and white bike is the Nambotin replica. http://www.rockgarden.co.za/ |

Netra uses 4 digit race numbers and they are required on the front and both sides. That said there is plenty of room for side numbers. Graphics companies will ignore that little white sliver and and make number backgrounds that will use the whole side. thats what they do with the ktms Don't know if I'm a fan of all that black.... |
I like the look and the specs. We use transponders in most racing in Australia so people don't worry too much about seeing the numbers.
