engine mounts on to frame
 

Have just brought a new 450FSE an have devloped cracks in the welds where the front engine mounts bolt on to the frame?Oil is seeping through from the oil well whilst engine is runing?My dealer said to bring the bike back an he put some plastic metal on it,sounds a bit dodgy to me has anyone else had any probs with this engine mount?:confused:

It sounds like a poor quality weld. "Plastic metal" will not fix a cracked weld. It really needs to be welded correctly.
