does anyone know, do the oil and low fuel lites come on when the key is turned on, or when the senser tells them to? i have checked the bulbs, they are good.

On my 04 Quad the oil light comes on with the ignition switch, but not the fuel light. I've never run the fuel low enough to see that light.
