Does anyone know if this is the stock 1998 top tree clamp? And which way would the bar mounts go? Forward or back? Present I am running fwd but it's impossible to get fork bleeder that way

Those are the stock clamps.
Mounts can be positioned anywhere you feel is the best.

Rotate the fork tubes so the bleeders are towards the rear.

Oh crap. I'm such a blonde today LOL. I thought of rotating the forks but then I looked at lowers and was like, I can't turn them, the axle goes through... Totally brain farted that the shaft turns inside the lower.

I put the clamps on back position but tilted bars fwd a bit. See how I like it tomorrow, but I think I'll feel to cramped and pushed back. We shal see tho
