Fell off a mate's bike last night

His 300.

We'd been working on it. Remade a new spacer oversize on the lathe from an old axle, drilled the frame all for the rear brake pedal, made a fair good job of it and replaced the teflon Bush in it. No sideways slop, sweet as.

But yeah. Had a bit of a wreck later. Came from a bit of a height and right sideways into the toolbox. Spilt my beer and everything.

Yeah feel a bit bad about it. No damage - but you know?

Be careful out there guys. Don't make the same mistakes I did.
Put your beer down first when sitting on a bike on a work stand.

I don't think singing was involved but avoid that too. It's only common sense.

Always have bacon in the fridge.

Here in the USA, we always say "Here, hold my beer" before we try any death defying tricks, such as mounting a bike on the work stand:D

Good to hear there was no damage to report.:)

Another session last night and Pete shows me his phone
. Turns out there was pictures of the fateful night before my spill.

Oh dear. Dont drink and ride folks.

Just glad I didn't get hurt. Doesn't look that high but my head is against the ceiling.
