shipping/ purchase advice
 

I've been looking for a newer 200 ec, haven't found much locally in the mid- west. Can anyone give me some advice on how to handle purchasing and arranging shipping on a used machine that is halfway across the country. I would much rather see the machine in person before I buy. A couple of bikes that I was very interested in were located in Maine and N.H; a little far from Minnesota to drive. What / how is the easiest way to make payment? Anything in particular I need to do , or not do in connection with shipping?
I'm sure the seller doesn't want to get burned either. I really appreciate any help I can get in this matter. PS. Any one know of a late model, 06 ? ec 200 around? Thanks again. E mail JCP43083@yahoo.com

I bought a 07 ec300 a weak ago i got from a dealer in ny
had it shipped by forward air to Denver
prytty easy the bike had some problems
i talkt to the dealer today he is going to take
care of some of the problems
in retrospect i wish i would have known about
the 05 250 for sale locally
well i got a 07 300 i sent the head and carb of to rb designs
i hope i like it
