01 SE 300 with Ohlins Fork seal question

I have an 01 300 SE that has a blown fork seal. Guy said he just had them done too...whatever. Where can I get the information like which fork seals, what level is needed and what the volume is? Oh yeah I reckon I need to know what type of oil as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
