Extreme Enduro

I have entered my first extreme event, can anyone give advice on bike prep and riding tips. Cheers in advance!

The tough one?

Take your Enduro bike to some trials venues and practice going up and down the difficult sections as they are what you will encounter in the Uk extreme events.
