Norway riding/riders?

I'm 99% sure I'm moving to Norway in the next month, are there any Norweigan riders on here?

Is there even any offroading allowed in Norway?

Going to be based 15minutes outside of Oslo.

Sorry for the late answer, I didn't see your question until now. I am not very active here, unless I have a problem on my hands, in which case there is always some good advice to find.

We are quite a few Gasgas riders in Norway.
I don't know how many are on this forum (apart from myself).
I ride a 2006 EC200 and both my sons have EC300s (2008 and 2009).

I you moved here in March, I guess you have already found out about the Norwegian laws regarding motorized off road activities, which are very strict, effectively making any unorganized off road riding illegal.

On the other hand, there are quite a few enduro tracks (and even more MX tracks) available. All that's needed is a Norwegian enduro or MX liscence, and then you are welcome to attend the open practice sessions (usually 2-3 times a week at most tracks). The licence is easily obtainable thru a membership in a club and attending a course.
