2005 EC300 Kick Start spline/shaft
 

Bike was stolen and recovered.

Engine is still crisp to ride.

They destroyed the splines on the kick start, broke the bolt off inside the end, then fashioned a pit bike kick starter on that was the demise of the last person to swap the bike for meth...

Does a similar year model Yamaha spline and mechanism fit or is is Gasgas specific?

Does anyone happen to have a good kick start shaft they dont want any more?

Nice one Sean! Been following your dramas on FB Stu! Not a whole lot of work to change the shaft out. RHS off the cases. Just need to make sure you get the tension back on the return spring properly. Be worth while checking the tension on the PV plate and making any required changes while you have the side off her too.
