vibration

iv uprated my bars and clamps but am getting really bad vibration through the bars, this is causing my lower arms to work harder and pump up quicker.

any one had same problem and fixed it?

Are you sure this is just from the bar change? If so, try adding weight to the bar ends inboard of the handguard mounts. I've used a piece of tubing filled wiith lead shot wrapped with tape for a friction fit in the bar ID on my old KTM200 that was a real buzzer.

It wouldn't hurt to check your motor mounts and swingarm pivot for torque anyway to be sure. Engine sound OK?

since bars were changed it has come on, iv also put on some hand protecters.
i am not really wanting to add weight to the bars as this would affect handelling to much and it wa not a problem befor, im consisdering just going back to originals, a shame as iv spent a lot of money ro get the bars done!!

Its not much weight, just a few oz in each end. I think it would up being a 3" - 4" piece of 3/8" tubing. You do not notice it at all. It changes the resonance of the bars so they should not vibrate as bad.
