TTX 44 Service Manual

Anyone know where I can find this for my 2011? I am interested in the service manual, not the owner's manual.

Just note there will be some differences from one model to the next. Above doc shows the seal head as being threaded, when it'll likely be held in place by the N2 and a circlip (as you'd find on most shocks).

The other consideration is that the twin tube on the TTX may not be as simple to bleed up by hand as you'd find on a typical shock. I've always used the vac pump on mine.

No real need to remove the shaft jet or needle/adjustment rod, but do make sure that the CSC is opened all the way prior to discharging the N2.

Ohlins issues spec cards for each of the shock models they build which contain the further info regarding parts, settings, shim stacks, etc.. however you need to be an authorized Ohlins service centre in order to have access to them.
