seat looks odd

since ive had my bike I have noticed were the seat runs up the tank its not flush and bows up, if I push the seat forward to counter this the bolt holes do not meet and the back part of the seat is way of the mud guard.
its a 03 ec300 could it have a older or newer seat ???? hope this pic uploads as you can see it cheers grant |
