Stalling down hills?

Had the problem for a while, just been living with it but now it's costing me time.
I run a CCK needle on clip 2, 42# pilot jet and 178# main jet. It's on my 08' EC250.
Before I had 40# pilot and 180 main with the stock needle.

It seemed to run cleaner just off idle with the old set up, as now it stalls over obsticals sometimes. But I like the control the CCK gives you in the mid and high rev range.

It also leaks whenon the side stand, could this all be a float hight problem?

Yah sounds like you need to set your float height.

Search, there are some good threads in here on it.

Yup, I'd say float height too. I think someone already post the same issue and that was the problem.

Thanks guys, i've read sa few threds on it now. I see the standard setting is 16mm, but some say they add 2mm?
I'll check it, but if it's all ready at 16mm is there any harm in taking it up to 18mm?
Will this make it run better just off idle?
