2008 EC300 Stator Issues
 

Hello All

Anybody know where I could find a stator for a 2008 EC300? Matto Cylcle couldn't find one? My bike won't produce spark and we have replaced The CDI, wiring harness, tried different coils, and just about everything else.

Not an uncommon problem with that age. Ktm 2k2 will fit/is what was used. Plenty on aftermarket. Have to cut some wires so do that up near airbox and crimp with heatshrink. Do not use those pre insulated terminals, they are the work of the devil.

I bought an Electrix world one, made in UK and despite that countries reputation for electrical thing, :p seems good quality.

You can also get the source coil rewound. I have sent away few hundred I reckon!
