Shiver 45mm Compression clicker leak
2 Attachment(s)
My compression clicker is leaking like a sieve. I am assuming that it is a bad internal o-ring and maybe some dirt.
I have the lower compression (nut) unit out but that is as far as I can go. Replacing the larger external o-ring while I'm at it. I can not figure out how to disassemble the unit to extract the screw. No snap rings that I can see? I have attached a few photos. Any tips are appreciated! -Adrian Note: The bike is a 2009 GG six days (allegedly) Forks didn't have markings so making the assumption it is a shiver 45mm due to diameter and physical appearance. The Marzocchi shiver manual was no help. |
Looks like A zoke bottom valve

Issue solved, it was swedge from factory. Took the soft metal down until it was flushed and popped off the washer. This allowed for the screw to back out.
