Shiver 45 preload spacer dimensions

Does anyone have the dimensions of the preload sleeve? IDxODxL? Even better would be the overall length of the spring and spacer for 0mm preload?

Mine is OD: 1.590" ID: 1.325" L: .192" Spring is 18" long.

Ive pulled this ec250 and the spacer is
34-40-58 long
Spring is 460mm
