Pretty simple, really. Roll 2002 XC300 into van, drop off at new owner's house. Drive across a lake (on a bridge, silly!), load 2011 EC300 into van. Done! The most painful part was paying the $3.84 toll (each way!) on the bridge. The price was surprisingly painless.
