Hi, can anyone inform me how can I upload the file to the forum to be there for everyone to download it.
Or what else can be done to upload it somehow.
File size if I recall is around 2.5 to 3 mbs.

As with most forums, upload sizes are capped to conserve server space. PM or email user "webmaster" and ask for help.

You can upload it to a file hosting site in the mean time, but contacting webmaster is a great idea. Can get it added to the front page of the site!
