I am in the process of building a hybrid with a Roll Design frame with a Gasgas 250ec engine.

Motor mounts. I have them modeled, and 3D prints are coming for mock up. made from plastic before finished product is from metal

this is a Roll design honda 250r chassis with the gasgas 250 engine. i would call it a better version of what gasgas produced.:D

This is a counter balanced engine. this is a 2005.

The engine in your pics does not have a counter balance shaft that I speak of.

You need a 98' or 97' . The 05 is not counterbalanced.

Up to 99' for bikes and later for the quad engines. They most likely will have a alloy type mag/flywheel cover.

Thank you for the correction. the CB'd engine would be better in a quad chassis, but i feel it won't be that big of an issue. It will likely have less vibrations than my trx250r, which is CB'd. Even with the 250r with the crank balanced and a rebuilt CB, it still has a good amount of vibrations which can be felt in the bars.
