Crankshaft Bushing Direction?

(2012 Ec300) There is a bushing on the the right side of the crankshaft the seal rides on. It has a beveled edge on the O.D. of one side. Does anyone know if the beveled side faces inward or outward?

Beveled edge goes into the seal against the small crank o-ring.
