One Way Clutch for FSE 400
 

All,

I'm looking to buy a FSE 400 and the owner reports the starter does not work and needs a one way clutch to fix it.

How common is this fault, how much would it cost to fix?

How many hours to do it myself?

The parts are hard to get for the four strokes and they aren?t the most reliable bikes. They were plagued with a variety of issues. I was at a dealeship when they came out and they gave nothing but problems. I wouldn?t hesitate to buy a 15 year old two stroke though.
