rear brake line issue

while poking around my bike I noticed that my rear brake line has been rubbing the engine casing. The chain is a bit worn so the axle is back in the blocks. The rear master cylinder is in the right position as is the brakeline coming out of it. All the swingarm brakeline guides are in place. I tried pulling the brake line down toward the caliper to get it off the engine case but it just pulls itself back to the engine case. its like th ebrakeline is a bit too long. anyone else run into this. I don't like the long term repercussions of case wear.

I would build the area on the cases up with some JB weld. I will check my bike for a similar rubbing. I have added material to numerous spots to prevent a failure away from the truck sometime.
