Think i finally got it.
 

I was having problems with low end blubber up to about 1/4 throttle. Well i stuck a what i thought was a keinhin 40 pilot in it and raised the clip to the top of the needle. Well i ordered some genuine Jets. The genuine 40 pilot is different than what i put in it. The fake one has long threads and the bottom is a little different. So i put the real 40 pilot in it and a 178 main jet compared to the 180. No more bog, bike rips. I think i could put the clip down a notch or 2 now. Smokes on start up but goes away once warm. Nothing but instant throttle response. Might need to richen it a little. I also got a damn hole in my coolant overflow that was my fault. I had to head the bottom tripple to get a bolt out. Might just by pass it. Sorry it's about 6 am before work so it's kinda dark. I just couldn't wait.
