EC200 exhaust ports eaten away?

Bike was seized so pulled cylinder for inspection. Noticed ports near power valve on exhaust side looked like ?sharp teeth?. Is this cylinder toast? Was going to send it in for replating. Bike is an 03.

Thanks for any thoughts...
