2011 GG Graphics?
 

Hi

I have just received the 2011 front fender and light for my 10. Who does good graphics for the 2011? I am hoping to use the white front with black rear and either black or red side panels. Any suggestions?

Contact Throttle Jockey. Although they don't have GG listed on their site yet, they have the templates for the new bikes to do any custom graphics you like.

Since were on the topic of graphics does anyone know where to get a # plate for the 2011 GasGas?

I like the way the headlight looks but I do not want to ride with it all the time or race Harescrambles with it. I have been known to end up hitting a tree with the # plate and would rather not have to buy a new headlight.

Also Bike graphics is has the graphics for a 2011 gasgas and they are giving a 25% christmas discount.

I am waiting for Dan to send me some samples so I can order my backgrounds.

The guys a Powersports Graphics (PG) do a great job and they will make custom graphics if needed. Contact www.ridepg.com or your local dealer and they can probably get you a better deal.

I plan to use the previous Gas Gas number plate.

The previous Gas Gas DE/MC # plate is actually made by UFO and is a Yamaha copy. part # is 116447. ref# YA 02853001 Most Bike shops should be able to order you one. If you don't have the stock lower number plate bracket from an earlier DE/MC model you will need to fab something up.

I was looking at my 2011 and the front fender now mounts to the bottom triple clamp where the old number plate bracket mounted. They did this to make the front fender more ridged and not need the older style fender brace they used to have.
That may create a bit of a challenge to use the old numberplate bracket but it still may be a viable bottom plate mount, not sure yet. I will be checking it out closer soon. That DE plate should cover all the ugliness hidden under the light when the light shell is removed, the way the light mounts to the fender (hole) and the bottom triple clamp area has a weird mold.

I was thinking about using a white KTM # plate because it will mount to the triple clamp on the top bolt but the shape at the fender is wrong. I assume GasGas has to make a # plate with the single post at the bottom and a srew at the top to attach to the triples.

I was shocked not to find one in the Go Fasters powerparts catalog. I would think a 125 race model would have a #plate instead of a headlight. I see no sense in having a headlight on a bike like that.

I think you could use KTM front fender and #plate combo but I like the look of the GG fender.

I'm almost positive that the 09-11 Honda cr 450 # plate is an exact match for the 11 GasGas.

I have contacted both parties mentioned, thank you. However neither have 2011 graphics on sale until next year. Does anyone here know where I may find same?
