1997 Jtx 270 plastics?
 

hi lads, i know this isnt really trials bike site but i think you's can tell me what i need to know! i recently bought a 1997 jtx270 as a little restoration project! it needs plastics and was wondering if any of the newer model bikes fit? would anybody have any information? thanks! :)

I have the same trials bike myself. When I checked a year ago you could get replacement plastics still from Gas Gas (lewisport could get them and I'm sure others can too). They are pricey though.

I need a new fork tube for mine and it's insanely expensive as a replacement part. Cheaper to buy a whole front end.

For my 1992 GT25 I got plastic from Scott Armstrong at motoconnectionVT. It all comes from Rising Sun so just use your favorite vendor. I paid $85 for the rear fender/seat without decals and I ordered it Monday and had it Thursday.
