Bolt kits ? & refresh ideas?

My '06 EC250 is coming apart, the suspension is in the hands of FedEx & on the way to Les @ LTR. I am freshening up everything and when taking the bike apart I notice most of the bolts are 'crusty' or rounded from 'wrong wrench' syndrome of the previous owner(s) Is there a bolt kit available? Is there a better option than stock ? I see the stainless engine kits on this website but they have socket heads. My last experience with socket heads was on earlier punkins and I think I like the reduced 8mm heads that seem to be prevalent today.
I also broke my subframe in 2 places at the Almosta Race yesterday, am I a candidate for the updated subframe or stay with '06 style?
I've already done wheel, linkage, & swingarm bearing kits.
Anything else I should consider? The hard parts catalog is awfully tantalizing.
Thanks in advance

Check with Stainless on this site. He probably has something in the way of a kit. I am sure he will chime in.

Thanks, will do

Another question, I hear lots of grumblings about all the different sizes and need to use two tools because of all the backup nuts, has anybody tig welded or rivet nutted there frames? Wondering if it would be worth the work while it was all apart......

frame nuts

hey fred, I welded the lower motor mount nuts onto the frame.Only need one wrench now, before it was a real pain as you know. Also installed a rivnut where the pipe mount stripped out of the frame next to the silencer connection.

Yeah, Stainless Cycle (site member) has kits. He sells them on ebay also, search "gasgas".
Rivnuts are OK but most people don't have the tool. Plus dirt and water in our sport cause corrosion and seized bolts so rivnuts tend to seize to the bolt and spin in the frame or whatever you have inserted them in. Then you're really F'd if you're in a race or on the trail.
I think a couple guys here have tack welded the nuts but I think to do a clean job you would need to TIG weld them.
I just deal with them. Someday I'll buy a couple kits from Stainless. He's a good guy, I've dealt with him before.

I had also considered RivNuts and wouldn't mind having the tool, but as Jostby said I was worried about the chance of them spinning. TIG seems the way especially if the frame is tripped down anyway.
I ordered a set of engine bolts from Stainless, and am looking forward to them getting here
