Sachs 48 mm fork adjustment

My bike is equipped with the fork shown here:

https://www.lt-racing.com/html/sachs_48_fork.html

Since the GG User Manual is a load of crap, would someone please clarify the adjustments available on this fork.

- The rebound adjuster (brass screw in middle of top cap) is there
- is there a spring preload in the top cap (19 mm recess), as the LT-racing page claims?
- how about the adjuster in the bottom of the fork leg - compression damping?

most of the sachs i have seen did not have the preload, you can do it by adding spacers under the springs (i had a 5mm one made up, but i believe they are available as nylon spacers from kyb etc) otherwise comp at the bottom and rebound at the top (and you either need a special tool (like a coin with a screwdriver head welded to it) or you need to remove the handlebars to access it!)

Thanks.

My bike -as well as the bike in the LT-racing write-up- is "Racing".

According to the parts diagram, the Racing model has a different top cap from std models. I'll give the 19 mm a go and see if it does anything...
