Lights went out
 

I recently bought a 2003 EC250 and really like it so far. When I bought it the low and Hi beams worked the tail light worked, but the brake light did not work if it has one. After running through a tank of gas, at some point the low beam and tail light quit working. The high beam still works but when it is on the speedo quits working. It is a Trail Tech I think, assuming it is aftermarket? Also did it have a brake light switch when it was new? It is at my cabin, and I'm not so I have a week to get advice and ideas.
- Is there fuses?
-what gearing for a low 70's mph top speed?
-does it have blinker book ups that can be just plugged in?

Does anybody at least know if the Lo beam and tail light are connected? It seems odd to me they went out at the same time but the High beam still works.
