springs
Hi all in my ohlins rear shock have this number 60-275 what is this, im 110 kg the spring its ok for my weight?
thanks  |
60 seems a little heavy to me, but only your "SAG" knows for sure;)
check out the link, http://www.harrymoto.com/MX/RaceSag/...r_race_sag.htm i also agree with others on this site that our bike work better with < 10mm preload and around 120mm SAG on the rear.:) |
I'm running 5.7 and I'm near 140 kg. 6.0 is way too stiff for you. I would guess you need closer to 5.3 or 5.4
|
i would think you will need more than 5.4 - 1'm 190lbs and running 5.4..
|
Maybe I'm confused, what comes standard? Isn't it 5.1 or 5.2?
|
5.2 is stock i believe
|
i agee with stainless, 5.2 was stock on my bike. i now run a 5.4 my weight is 200 lbs / 91kg. With such a heavy shock spring i would be concerned with the weight of the fork springs also. the bike will handle like crap if the balance is not correct front to rear.
