Fork Oil/Seals

I'm servicing my paoli forks off my 98 I've drained all the oil out ready for some new seals, but I'm unsure what viscosity oil to put in them and also how much in each leg.
Anyone used pyramid parts fork oil seals/dust cover are they ok.

Is there anything else I need to know whilst rebuilding

Thanks

Not sure if these are the same design or not but they are Paolis.
The manual for the 2004 600 has a good section on the Paolis http://www.adboivin.com/Afficher.asp...=497&langue=en

You can get around the special tool needed if you have an impact and 14mm allen head socket. (if they are the same)
Recommended oil weight is 15, but these are heavier machines and are used in the cold!
