2011 - EC250 - Exteme bogging WOT low rpm. Please help!
 

Steep hills my bike has no power once you have stopped or are lugging, sometimes when slipping the clutch revs go up and straight to a bog even at WOT.

It just bounces between slipping revs to bog with no power no missfiring, just 0 power at all. Quite frustrating.

In the mean time I will up the rear sproket to mask the problem until I can get a fix.

Bike is a 2011 ec250.

I just fixed the power valve tension issue/hitting case, that helped with low end power a lot, how-ever it made the bike's warmup a lot slower. Bike will miss during middle of the rev range until really warm (at least 5-6 minutes).

Please help.

Jetting?

a talk with a local race shop they let me know that it was jetting, generally getting is pretty close I was not expecting the bike to be setup for sea level, we are 3500' + climbing.

Stupid mistake on my part, generally bikes I buy are pretty damn close

Read and read some more.

Jetting and I went to a cck needle. Ive got a 2010 250 still has to warm for 4 or 5 minutes though.
