18+ Bar Risers?

Does anyone make these or know of a crossover that will work? 10-20mm max. New bike so want something that looks right not just packing washers under the clamps. Cheers

I'll have the bars off the new one in a few days and be able to tell you if they mount up the same.

EE Bar risers are nice 3 different height options.
