2004 FSE 450 Kick Stand Fix

Can someone direct me to the photo of the chain link kick stand fix?
Does it work or does anyone have a better fix?
Any one use a after market one?

It works great. No need for a "better" fix. The only hassle is drilling out a master link. One could easily substitute a small piece of mild steel with two holes in it for the masterlink and avoid drilling that hardened material.
