Silencer cross over?

Hi guys I have a Gas Gas ec 250 that I need a new silencer for as mine has broken.

The problem is I don't know exactly what year my bike is, it was registered on 1st december 2006 which makes me think it's a 2007 bike, I have put pictures below.

What silencers cross over?

That sure looks like a 07' to 11' subframe, so a silencer from the same yrs 07'-11' bike.
