runn on pwre is good, stron and smooth at idle this rather loud clack?

See if you can hear it here? I know the builder cleaned it, but i font know if it would be this loud?
Any thoughts.

That sounds really odd. Does it get better or worse as it warms up?

Is the power-valve loose and rattling? It almost sounds overly-rich, like it's four-stroking. I would check the PV linkage under the right cover and see how that looks first, then work down. Maybe pull the pipe and check the PV flapper, see if it's rattling on the actuator.

thanks for the ideas. I had planned on pulling the pipe. I made pretty sure that the nut was on the lever and red-loctited it. but my first little triangle thing busted after about 1 month. so I will pull the pipe and look under the PV cover and see if there is anything to see looking up the exhaust port. I do run it a little rich, always figured better that than lean, plus I like the smaller hit.

Looks like I will be making the 8 hour loop up to Austin to have someone look at it, I am tired of dealing with it. What sucks is when I did ride it, the suspension was awesome! added 7.5 wt to the front and it mellowed it way out, took the big hits but didn't chatter.
