Footpegs

I have to replace the pegs on my bike. I hammered one silly on my ride yesterday. I'm new to GG so I'm still learning and apologize if this has been covered. Is it true that I can run any peg that's compatible with a Yamaha YZ?

i have YZ pegs on my 2000 model ec300.... they do fit but the right side peg fouls the rear brake when folded back so some grinding will need to be done to the corner of the peg

any newer yz peg will work. I bought some TI pegs off a 450 for my gasgass.

Try the Fastway F3's with the spiked cleats - awesome.

I have a basically brand new (2 rides) set of these if you are interested.
Shoot me a PM if so.

I like the IMS Pro Pegs myself, like the rounded pegs over the squared off pegs.

IMS. I second that.

You didn't mention what year of bike you've got. Unless it's a '12 or '13 you will end up needing to relieve the right peg's rearward inboard corner to give clearance to the brake pedal. Otherwise a good hit to the peg is apt to either break the pedal or bend the mounting bracket. Fastway F3s have enough meat on them to allow for some creative grinder action.

After you ride with Fastway F3s, everything else feels terrifyingly slippery.
