2003 ec fse 400 milky oil ?

Hey guys recently bought a ec 400 had to change out the fuel pump because the last owner left old gas in it . So i got it running changed the oil and cleaned all the clutches runs and rides fine but water is still getting in the oil . Is this a head gasket issue or water pump seal ive been hearing about ? It doesent smoke so i dont think water is getting in the cylinder . Plz help im new to dirt bikes in general .

Most likely a head gasket. They are well known for it. Especially the older ones like the 400.
