Looking to get a new Lithium Battery,
Any advice on cheap shops to look at? Is 220cca enough? Keen on as many amps as I can get!

Thanks

220cca will spin a hi compression Harley, I'd think that would be plenty. No first hand knowledge since my GG is kick

You will spend at least $100 on a new one.

I'm running the Shorai LFX14L2-BS12. I'm on the third season with it and it has been great. Feels like it weighs about 1/4 of the stock battery and has 210 cca. The battery is smaller in size than the stock one but they send plenty of foam strips with it to fill up the space. They are spendy though. I believe retail on one is about $159.

The Shorai 9 is lots enough for a GasGas. The 14 seems like overkill to me.

The 14 is the go.Just keep the purchase paperwork and box for a possible warranty claim.
Mine lasted 12months before it just up and died.Got a replacent and all good.
They are a great upgrade from the standard batt but about twice the cost of the motobatt.
The motobatt is ok for the price.

I went with the 14 because I wanted to be set up for heated grips in the winter and 8" HID lighting. I'm sure the 9 would work just fine but hey if your going to go, go big right?

I'm going to run a led spot light for a night race and want to make sure I have enough for the light and starting during the race. It doesn't seem to be very good at charging the battery...
