Lower pinch Bolt

Am i correct in thinking the triple pinch bolts are 7mm thread (an odd size for a metric bolt)

My local Home Depot actually stocks some M7 nuts and bolts.

At one point I found a US vendor that had M7 allens in various lengths, but have lost the link.
