Could somebody tell me the factory jetting settings for a uk 2004 ec300.

I would recomend looking at the jetting data base at the top of this forum section as a Sticky. Lots of good info in there,

I think it depends where you are, I don't think there is a default.
In the UK:-

178M, 38P, N1EF on #2 or 3

hi I have a letter from the uk importer,John Shirt , for a 2002 ec 300 recommending the following after running in, pilot 38 ,mixture screw1.5 turns out, n1ef 2-3, main 178, they also recommend 40:1 petrol oil ratio.
the uk bikes come with pilot 42 mixture screw 2.5, n1ef 3 from top, 180 main.Which they recommend for running in .
They also recommend a 188 main for the weston beach race.
